Although Norton has been gone for a few years, we still think his accomplishments were important

Norton gained his Companion Dog obedience title through the Austalian Shepherd Club of America before the UKC recognized the breed, this was in 1997. He was a Canine Good Citizen and Therapy Dog through Therapy Dogs, Inc. He was also the thirteenth American Bulldog to be tested and pass the testing by the American Temperament Testing Society.

Norton was one of the first Champions and then Grand Champions in the United Kennel Club. He was the first American Bulldog ever to take a Best In Show in the UKC in 1999. He became a Top Ten dog of his breed in 2001. He also showed in the NKC and NABA, taking a Best In Show in both. He moved as if he was on clouds. He really enjoyed showing.

Norton was also a working dog, training with Jon Naroditsky of Fala Woods Canine Training and Developmental Center. Norton was very discretionary in this work which make him a great personal dog.

Norton will always have a place in my heart.
