GUARANTEE
This contract is between Hardly Dangerous Kennels (Sellers) and Buyers for
an American Bulldog puppy.
The purchase prise is $ and has a no breeding clause. Buyer may not
under any circumstances breed this dog without notification and permission
from the Seller. If the dog does sire/whelp a litter of puppies, full Bulldog or
not, the Seller will VOID guarantee, contract and has the right to take the
dog back without any repayment to Buyer.
Buyer agrees that if at any time, for any reason whatsoever, the dog has to
be sold; Buyer will notify Seller FIRST and at their discretion, will
repurchase the dog for an amount agreed upon by Buyer and Seller. It is
further agreed that if the dog purchased by the Buyer from the Seller is
returned, the following conditions shall be binding.
1. If the dog is returned within 48 hours, the purchase price shall be
refunded.
2. Dog must be up to date with any vaccinations necessary. Proof of
vaccines is required
If at anytime, Seller has concern for dog, treatment of dog, health of dog,
etc., Seller will contact Buyer and voice concerns. If these concerns are not
dealt with in a time specified by Seller, Seller has right to repossess dog.
The said dog is guaranteed against any genetic faults. If dog is found to
have a genetic fault, Seller will replace said dog with another dog of it's
breed when available. If a fault is discovered, Seller has right to require dog
to be spayed/neutered. Buyer has right to keep dog until replacement is
needed.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WELL BEING OF THE DOG. If
the dog has not been vaccinated against communicable diseases and the dog
contracts such a disease, guarantee is VOID. If dog is bred, guarantee is
VOID, if dog is altered by Buyer without Seller's notification, guarantee is
VOID.
This puppy will carry the HARDLY DANGEROUS KENNEL name in
his/her name in any and all registries.
Seller can and should be contacted with any questions related to the
maintenance and training of the dog.
***Individual puppies may have additional terms such as showing or
working titles.
